the vinyl jacket is just as important as the music itself. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure
your "Archive Grade" items arrive in pristine, factory-sealed condition.

 

1. The "In-Stock" Guarantee
Unlike proxy services, all items listed as 在庫あり (In-Stock) are physically located in our New
York facility. This allows us to offer immediate inspection and rapid dispatch without international
customs delays for our U.S. customers.

 

2. Processing & Dispatch (即日発送)
Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your label is created.

 

3. Domestic Shipping Rates (U.S.)

Note on "完全生産限定盤" (Limited Editions): Due to the extreme rarity of these items, we highly recommend selecting Priority Mail or adding Signature Confirmation at checkout to ensure secure hand-to-hand delivery.

 

 

4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL and UPS. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs
duties or import taxes incurred by their local government. We accurately declare all items as
"Merchandise" with their full purchase value.

 

5. Returns & Damaged Goods
Since we specialize in 新品未開封 (New and Unopened) items, returns are only accepted if the
factory seal remains intact. If an item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact
us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
