●This best-of album from the Taurus era (released in 1986) is now available on the super high-end analog record "100% Pure LP" that was revived last year!It includes the hit singles "Tsugunai" and "Aijin" and their B-sides "Waratte Kanpai" and "Ame ni Nurete", as well as "Midarasarete" with its brilliant city pop arrangement, and seven re-recorded versions of representative songs from the Polydor era such as "Yoru no Ferryboat" and "Gelsomina no Aruita Michi" with superb sound quality!

●100% Pure LP is a special Made in Japan product that debuted in 2012 and is a pioneer of modern high-fidelity records that has attracted significant attention from around the world. One of its features is the use of "uncolored virgin vinyl," which eliminates all coloring agents that affect sound, such as carbon, that are normally used in analog records. Using only pure, straight vinyl chloride as the raw material significantly enhances molding stability.

●Another key point is the use of "metal master pressing." By omitting the metal mother and stamper from the process leading up to pressing a normal analog record and pressing directly from the metal master, it is possible to create grooves that are overwhelmingly faithful to the original. However, due to its inferior durability, the number of pressings is strictly limited.

●This release also uses 45 RPM, which is used for 12-inch singles, instead of the usual 33 RPM of LPs. This results in a double LP set because the amount of time that can be recorded on each side is shorter, but it allows for wider and longer grooves to be engraved, and the high-speed rotation improves stability, creating a significant advantage in detail reproduction and rich volume.

●The audio source is DSD files transferred from the original analog master tapes in 2018 (the two bonus tracks in 2022), and mastered as flat as possible to preserve the freshness and dynamic range of the sound. The goal is to create a natural sound that is faithful to the original.
