The Sex Pistols' sensational debut album, an icon of British punk rock. Spitting at the bloated and somewhat stale rock scene, their aggressive, all-encompassing rock and roll resonated with the world, creating a tremendous shock and a major upheaval in the era. Due to its radical nature, they were twice offered the termination of their record contract, and the album was released amidst chaos. However, the band disbanded shortly afterward, making it their only original work. Includes tracks like "Anarchy in the UK," "God Save the Queen," and "Pretty Vacant." A historically significant masterpiece with an influence said to have changed the course of music history. (1977 release)
