Song Dongye is one of China's most popular Chinese folk singer-songwriters.
His first album, "Anhe Qiao Bei," remains one of the best-selling albums in Chinese folk history, even more than a decade after its release. We hope that this Japanese release will help bring more attention to contemporary Chinese folk music in Japan. His
first album, "Anhe Qiao Bei," has been highly acclaimed in the Chinese music scene, and songs included in this release, such as "Dove," "Lillian," and "Zebra, Zebra," have already become classics in the Chinese music world.
