This is the Black & Pop edition of the "My Generation, My Music" series. It's the sixth album by The Carpenters, a duo representative of 1970s American pop music, released in 1975. A popular album that reached number one in both Japan and the UK, it includes hit songs like the U.S. number-one hits "Please Mr. Postman" and "Only Yesterday," as well as a cover of the Eagles' "Desperado."
