Pink Floyd after 15 years! This is Pink Floyd's first officially approved greatest hits album in 15 years (since 2011's "A Feast of Flowers"). It features 8 carefully selected tracks from their masterpieces released during the eight years from 1971 to 1979, when they rose to the pinnacle of progressive rock. From "Blow the Wind, Call the Storm" from 1971's "Meddle" to "Comfortably Numb" from 1979's "The Wall," the selection focuses on representative songs, along with famous tracks from masterpieces such as "The Dark Side of the Moon," "Wish You Were Here," and "Animals." Also included on this album is the complete version of "Winged Pig," combining Part 1 and Part 2. This is the rare version that was included on the 8-track cassette for "Animals" (the lead guitar in the bridge of this version is played by Snowy White, who toured with the band at the time).
